Hi, I’m Dee Lamb – I’m an accredited Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Wellness Coach with an extensive career background in science, new product development and innovation. As such, I apply a scientific, problem-solving approach to my consultations. I enjoy looking for clues; analysing signs and symptoms and studying blood pathology trends to help discover the path to healing or helping you transform the way you age through the power of food as medicine and lifestyle choices.

My holistic approach to health and wellbeing focuses on the whole body (mind, body, spirit), uncovering the root cause of your health concerns and then personalising wellness strategies to optimise your healthspan and longevity. I have a special interest in healthy ageing, midlife meltdown, chronic stress, fatigue, sleep issues, anxiety and digestive health. My goal is to empower you with common sense knowledge and tips that you can incorporate into your lifestyle to boost energy and vitality, and minimise the risk of chronic illness.
